With a focus on transformative listening through meditation, inquiry, embodied self awareness and other contemplative practices, I approach Spiritual Direction/Companioning as a collaborative teaching-learning experience in which we creatively, critically and radically imagine together the ways a practitioner is being called to live into their guiding spiritual wisdom(s), voice(s) and values.
Private study is ideal for practitioners who desire one-with-one support to:
- Establish accountability with beginning, sustaining, or transforming their practice.
- Identify spiritual values, deepen their inquiry, and develop their spiritual faculties.
- Explore the depth and breadth of a specific area of their spiritual life.
Given the trust and vulnerability involved in spiritual inquiry and guidance, priority in arranging 1-with-1 sessions goes to established practitioners. Before considering private study, prospective directees may book a 30-minute phone consultation for $20.

Video Session | $60 for 60 minutes
Prospective/First-Time Directees:
Phone Consultation | $20 for 30 minutes
Appointlet Booking Calendar: Sessions may only be booked a minimum of 3 days in advance and a maximum of 14 days in advance. Therefore, a select number of slots are released each week. Please check back at a later date when additional slots open up for the next 2-week scheduling cycle.
Rescheduling/Cancellation/Refunds:
Need to reschedule or cancel? Click the “Cancel/Reschedule” button in your initial booking email. A minimum notice of 12 hours is required for cancellations; 3 days required to reschedule, based on availability.
Refunds, minus a $10 booking fee for consultations and $25 for video sessions, are given to practitioners who cancel prior to the required notification period. No refunds are issued for missed appointments or for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session.
